Neptune SLU Apartments Seattle

We lived in Neptune apartments for around 2.5 years and recently moved out as we left Seattle. We have had an excellent living experience at Neptune Apartments and would highly recommend this place to others. It offers very convenient location and connectivity to multiple restaurants, grocery and offices in SLU/downtown. Bus 62 literally stops in front of the gate. Neighborhood is very safe and apartment is quite secure as well. We also used garage to park our car and not a single safety issue we faced. Plus, the management team is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help — any request or concern is addressed promptly and professionally. We moved into Neptune Apartments over a month ago and reported several maintenance concerns shortly after move-in. While some issues were eventually addressed, the overall experience has been frustrating due to delays, repeated follow-ups, and lack of clear follow-through. Many items required escalation to regional management, and some still remain unresolved. One particularly concerning situation involved the heater. We initially reported that it was not working properly, and a repair was made. When the heater continued to malfunction and we asked for further attention, we discovered that a wooden block had been placed inside the heater unit, which raised serious safety concerns for us. Lived at Neptune for 2 years and really enjoyed my time here. The maintenance team is quick to handle any requests and the management team is always ready to help you. The rooftop has amazing view of the lake.

One of the staff member’s interactions has not been friendly, which has been disappointing. The study room officially opens at 10:00 AM. We usually use the study room early in the morning and made a genuine request for slightly earlier access, especially since leasing staff often arrive earlier than 10:00 AM, particularly during cold weather. The manager mentioned that while they wouldn’t officially open it early, if staff were already present, they could open the door. However, this has not been followed consistently. I would like to recommend this apartment. I have renal been looking for apartments in SLU area for more than 2 months, Neptune has given me very good impression. The managing office is professional and responsive. They have shown me all the amenities and the unit rooms with detailed explanations. Highly recommend!
