Needmore Place Apartments

UNSANITARY/DISRESPECTFUL Maintenance came in to replace a toilet TANK that had cracked...When the maintenance personnel arrived he was using a mobile hand vacuum and when he turned it on, the smell practically knocked me over!! He and the manager admitted it is also used to vacuum up feces, etc. Not only was the smell repulsive, it's unsanitary and disrespectful to go from apt to apt with this smelly, unsanitary vacuum The office manager supports her maintenance guy by saying that he cleans it the best he can, and has never had a complaint before and his job is to clean up his mess after working.. Well, if he had done a great job of cleaning after vacuuming feces from toilets, maybe the smell wouldn't have blindsided me as it did It's past Nasty and Unsanitary.! The manager said

All I’m gonna say No Thnx! Ppl don’t know how to correct there kids . The kids run there parents, it’s like living in the Jets. Walls thin, oh a the property manager 🤦🏻‍♀️. Just not a place to live

Ive lived here for 5 Years. It started out a GREAT apartment complex, when it was first built. Over the 5 years Ive been here they have completely stopped lawn service (aside from mowing) (no mulch or any treatment for outside pests). Just today my heat went out and they supplied me with the smallest radiator heater. This is expected to heat my 3 bedroom apartment. The temps are going to fall into the teens tonight. Good for a beginner apartment, but if you have a family look elsewhere. You are not taken care of what so ever. Move on Edit: Im not finished. The neighborhood kids are very disrespectful. The trash piles up EVERYWHERE. I had my car grill kicked in by someone, yet the "cameras" didnt pick it up. The neighbors are VERY loud. Sounds like a stampede every day and night if you are

Update: So, I guess they Listen to reviews. Another manager has been put in place and has been tremendously better. She came with another lady and changed our filters herself, which was very nice. She’s a sweet lady, haven’t had any rent issues and they started power washing apartments! I cant Tell you how happy it makes me because there were constant spider webs, moths, bird nests, wasp nests and bee nests and the stairs were pretty filthy. I’m hoping this will help and I’m sure it’ll be cleaner. Haven’t moved up to five stars because as a previous tenant said i dont Know if they do outside pest treatment and i havent Sent mail here so i cant Update on that but will. But I’m very grateful! If you can, steer clear from these apartments. I would give ZERO stars if I could. They have the WO

Love the layout of the apartment but the carpet is cheap, neighbors play loud music even after hours and nothing is ever done about it. The living room is always cold. Some People that stay there leave trash outside and on the road. The big Kids don't respect the 1 small playground when the little kids want to play at that little playground. Parents all park at the entrance when waiting on the school bus making it hard for people to drive in or out. When the kids get off the bus they don't walk on the side of the road they walk in the middle of the road making it hard to drive in the road. At night there's never any parking aspecialy on weekends and people have guest. People speed throughout the apartment
