Neblett Property Management

We been renting under Neblett Property for over 2 years now and My husband and I are very happy with the services. We are going to be moving soon and wanting to stay under Neblett property due to the care we have been provided. Alicia is the property manager she is very professional, sweet and understanding. Hopefully we can move into a bigger place under them so we don't have to try and rent someone else. I recommend renting for Neblett Properties!! :)

We rented from them for 2 years and it was great! Alicia is awesome and always quick to respond. My only feedback would to get Joe an apprentice to take his spot when he retires! Love Neblett Properties. Older units but very well taken care of and great value for your money.

This place has been great. Rent was very affordable, especially for the location and the lawn care, private parking, and fenced yard. Maintenance was good about getting out there one time. Very understanding when we moved when we bought our house as well.

I have been renting a Neblett house for a year now and have been very happy with Alicia (the property manager) and how responsive she is to maintenance issues. I do wish some fixtures like the window seals, broken blinds, and tears in the kitchen flooring had been addressed and fixed before move-in but regardless, I'm still very happy with my decision to live here and I recommend Neblett often.

I walk past a Neblett property every day (Mar-Lisa apartments near TWU). The front door to one of the buildings has been hanging off it’s hinges for weeks, screens from windows in the yard, no watering of anything (grass is completely dead) which means the foundation is at risk. Even the sign out front is so beaten and old and never touched up. I see these 5 star reviews and wonder how that coincides with the abject neglect on such visible display. I would question the 5 star input.
