Nease Property Management

For future clients considering having them manage a property. I was treated horribly as a renter, we were given a dirty apartment, always paid on time, I had an issue that required them to come and fix the closet pole that had collapsed. There resolution was to have a plastic pvc pipe as a replacement. When I went to the office the manager and her staff laughed off my complaint. These people are racist, I know from my own exp. with them. Please find a good management company that will take care of your property and your tenants.

I've always had the best experience and references from past owners & property managers. Nease Property management treated us horribly. As soon as our place and neighbors started having problems, we became the enemy. All the things that went wrong or needed repair were of no fault to us. We cooperated in every situation. It was obvious from the beginning they didn't like us. You don't do business that way. Principles before personalities. Smooze big time, make sure they like you & don't have any issues. Don't expect anything from them either. They also look for any reason or dirt smudge to withhold depost money. We left that place cleaner than we got it. They still kept some deposit. The worst Business we've ever dealt with.

They gave us an expired parking permit, we registered our cars exactly the way they told us to. About 10 months in, our car gets towed in the middle of the night (~2AM), so we pick it up with a royal "what the hell is going on? Why am I being towed when I live here?" Turns out the owner of the town house failed to give us the updated tag, and we've been illegally parked in the area since. So Nease acknowledges fault, says the owner will indeed pay us back the $400 or so that they cost us because of their mistake. After prodding for weeks about progress, they (Nease) have since gone radio silent about what is going on and we still havent gotten our money back. *EDIT* After three days, the negative, one star reviews generated enough attention that they managed to refund our money. They are so understanding. I have lived in my rental for now almost 3 years. And love my place. Bonnie and her crew are great. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. Cant wait to have many more !!!

They kicked us out after twenty eight years of living in the same place and doing some remodeling with the owner's permission New flooring new carpeting New bathroom And then they told us we have to leave. They had to reply so I don't trust these people I'm not saying anything bad It is just my personal opinion may not be facts
