Too far for Tampa clients closings & located in kind of residential area. Lacks professionalism too. Needs some intensive training to handle closing in proper manner.

The buyer of my house used this title company for closing, Lisa was the one who worked the account, and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. Dealing with the buyers lender was a NIGHTMARE to say the very least. (All parties were flabbergasted at the physical incompetence of this lender) Every day was a new issue with the lender, and they couldn’t figure out their own left hand to their right. What one person said to the next within their own company. Give the okay to close then turn around and need extension after extension after extension after extension after extension (not kidding). This was my first time buying a house and Lisa and the entire group at Near North Title went out of their way to explain things in an easy to understand manner. They were always available if I had questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They definitely would be my go to if/when I decide to buy or sell a house.
