They hire the rudest and most ignorant property managers. I live at St Gabriel apartments in Pittston Pa and April is the most unprofessional property manager I have encountered by far. She is so unproductive and when there is an issue with the building so doesn't even answer the phone. There is so much favoritism in my building with some of the other residents she picks and choses who she likes and if she doesn't like you get the boot no matter what the case may be. I am not the only tenant in the building that feels this way. They need to rehire a manager who is fair and friendly. I will also be complaining to Catholic Social Services about her too. Update the other day on of the tenants in the building was asked to submit a 50 dollar security deposit that she has the receipt for.

Very unprofessional and rude and their property manager at Rolling woods apartments in North Versailles is very disrespectful and racist . I have reached out to NDC multiple times with complaints about Cheri being racist and harassing me. they have yet to get back to me but are sending all my emails to Cheri . This lady is literally harassing me and trying to get me kicked out of my apartment for false violations that’s she’s has made on me and I have proof that I never did these things . I am in the process of suing NDC and the property manager at Rolling Woods apartments . They don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them honestly .

I have been with the company 24 years as of September 2024. I just celebrate it our 10th Anniversary at a Senior property, a building I took over brand new and still looks brand new. Campbell Landings in Downtown St. Petersburg Florida. NDC has been great thru out these years. It has not been easy, but I always have had the best support ever. I really like working with everyone from the maintenance to the CEO of the company. We work well together.

Very rude property managers I've had one hang up on me multiple times. It's very hard to get in touch with anyone else if there's a problem. Their credit and background check takes months to complete which is ridiculous. They don't return calls or emails. How am I supposed to speak with anyone besides the property manager? I see the employees love it there maybe it's because they don't do anything all day.
