I met Nelson Otuechere around 2012. Nelson first rented several apartments for me. In 2015, Nelson facilitated the sale of a 3 family home for me. He showed me lots of market analysis which helped us achieve full market value. When we were ready to sell an additional property in 2019, it was a no brainer to bring him in, where he achieved a higher sale price than market value. In 2020, I had a friend trying to sell a 2 family property with no luck. I put that family friend and Nelson together, and Nelson was able to get that property sold. I cannot recommend Nelson highly enough.

Over the years I have entrusted Nelson Otuechere to locate and place quality tenants into my apartments. He is knowledgeable and a great communicator throughout the entire process. I will continue to work with Nelson and the NCO Realty Group in the future.
