We would highly recommend this company to rent from!!! We started our journey with them March 2024 and it was nothing, but a pleasant experience. Any maintenance issues or concerns period always got fixed right away. Then the property got sold off to a new owner and things became a bit rocky, but that was no fault to NBS. They still tried to do right with us. Even helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed some paperwork they were very helpful and got it to me right away! We have found a new place unfortunately not with this company, but if I were to ever need them again I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone I come across!!!!! So if you find a home with this company take the plunge you won’t be disappointed!!!!! I promise you that!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. After living in my apartment for 14 1/2 years, and having maintenance in there the previous Friday, I came home to a non-renewal of lease on June 23 of this year. Reason for non-renewal? Renovating my apartment to increase property value. Meanwhile, the building is termite infested, with holes And the foundation. They were sneaky enough to date the letter June 11 and delivered on June 23. Stay as far away from these people as you can get.

We moved in at the end of August and love it here because of the landlord. They take care of every single request and really care about the tenants. Jack and Daniel are wonderful maintenance guys who always answer every question. Thank you NBS!
