I rented 159 Woodcross Drive through Navy to Navy Homes and the experience has been nothing but a headache. When I moved in, the house was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all — they had to come back and clean it. Now, after spending TWO full days of my company cleaning the place, when moving out (including pressure washing it), they are still claiming I won’t be getting more of my deposit back. It feels like no matter how much effort you put in, they will always find excuses to keep your money. Absolutely the worst rental company to work with! I would never recommend them to anyone! I have now attached pictures of when my company cleaned it. You can not tell me this needed anymore deep cleaning. Also, the microwave is something that still hasn’t been replaced and looks like it has

I wanted to take time to show appreciation to Norm a retired Navy Veteran with Navy to Navy. I have been using this company 6+ years and still going strong. During this time Norm was my property manager for most of it and he made my life easy as possible, every time there was something needed at the house it was done in a timely manner and communication was top notch.
