Terrible. After trying to close on our Arizona house with an online notary, we finally, after much frustration ended up going into their Gilbert office. When the mobile notary showed up to help us, I said, wow a lot has changed since the last time we sold property 2 months ago. I thought title companies had notaries on staff. He said oh they have 5 or 6 here, they are just all really busy. As we sat there going through the closing document for the second time that day, people kept coming and going from the back somewhere. I swear they all looked like they just crawled out of bed. We laughed about them having a sleepover in the back. We were the only customers there I’m pretty sure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very young and rude girls working for this company. Savannah ESP was so rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain to her I need the papers iv signed. Refused to give me papers that I physically signed in a refinance and told me to have attorneys contact her. Marlee has been very nice and informative to work with I highly recommend her.
