Do not work with Naveed Kajani as your realtor or as a property manager. He rented my stepmother's home to me, which happened to be next door to him, and during the two years that I lived in the residence attempted to kick me out numerous times so that he could sell the house for a commission. There are fourteen videos of him being a wannabe real estate influencer inside the home while he was “trying” to sell it (no, he was not authorized to do so).
