Have terrible accounting practices and employees at properties are rude. They do not hide the fact the want a limited amount of a certain race in the building.Sterling Glenwood is one of the worst apartments I have lived. You pay for amenities that don’t work, there are 3 elevators only 1 works for the past year and a half. Roaches in the walls and leaks everywhere. I feel for the maintenance team they can’t keep up with all the leaks in the building which means there is mold in the building. Of which I am severely allergic to; but they call it luxury apartments.

My name is Kevin. I am a local Google guide, and I write reviews occasionally. I ONLY write either great reviews or horrible reviews. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I have lived at Sterling Glenwood for 10 years. Once Navarino Properties took over this place has become a slum. I live in one of the most expensive zip codes in Raleigh NC, and Sterling Glenwood now SUCKS. The building has declined so badly I will be forced to move, I might even take legal action. Despite renovation the property has asbestos filled ceilings with cracks. Grubb Properties did a much better job. After covid Navarino Properties tried to raise my rent by over 40%. Although I won most rent battles Navarino just raised non existent amenities charges. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
