This is by far the worst management company I've ever dealt with. Every time I've tried to contact Lupe, she's either out of the office, out of town, or unavailable to talk. I've left countless messages but have never received a single call back. However, she's quick to show up at your door unannounced whenever she needs something. I strongly recommend avoiding any business with her, she is extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Not only does their terrible management impact tenants, the building is so poorly cared for it impacts neighboring buildings. When you call to alert them to needed repairs/ trash disposal that impacts neighboring buildings they are rude to you. Trust me, I’ve tried multiple times! Hard to believe people get paid for this (or worst still, pay to live there)

Repairs are never taken care of for the apartment that I rent, it's so bad that several tenants are having issues in their apartment. I called about water damage and leaking coming from the bathroom ceiling and they checked it a month ago. The day before yesterday I noticed a crack in the ceiling and was told that someone would come out to check. No one came. The crack kept getting larger. It didn't quite make it, by 3:21am this morning I heard a loud bang. The ceiling in the bathroom caved in. It is so important not to neglect taking care of damages, especially serious damages like cracks and water damage. The management company decided that I could at least use the toilette after the mess was picked up up and they left saying that they would send someone next week. The ceiling caved in a

The worst property management company ever, along with the owner of the apartment complex. Roach invested property, that is cheaply exterminated with low grade products that don't work. You have to basically take the owner of the apt. Complex to court to get your security deposit returned. They are liars, dodge calls and make up stuff as conversations get to the point that they actually have to return money rightfully due to the tenant. Doesn't matter that rent was paid early or on time for sixteen years. 630 Cedar Long Beach Deal with them with extreme caution.

NPM has managed one of my condo complexes for years. They have done a horrible job. I personally have had to instruct the owner to file proper documents he forgot leaving us open to liability. A once beautiful environment is now filthy and rundown. Run, don't walk, from John Peterson's NPM. They use deceptive practices and have lied many times about the work they perform. Unethical, rude, incompetent.
