I worked with Nations Homes on a new custom home community in Pawleys Island. Nations Homes builds a quality custom house and their number one priority was to make their buyers happy. Kevin Surdyke was always available when I needed him with any questions or concerns from my clients/buyers. Their project manager, Betsey was great. The ladies at their office were always friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful design center with all the choices you need. I highly recommend Nations Homes as your next custom builder!

So far the experience working with Nations Homes II has been Fantastic. We are closing in a few months, everything has been on schedule. They keep us informed 100% of the time. My husband and I are out of state and the communication with their Builder Trend software app works great with plenty of pictures and updates with progress reports. The entire Nations Homes Team have been great to work with from the design team to onsite project management to sales.
