National Title Group Rockwall

My experience with this title company has been slower than anticipated, which added some stress to an already time-sensitive transaction. Communication could have been more timely and transparent, especially when it came to updates on the process and outstanding items. I understand that delays can happen, but clearer timelines and more responsiveness would have helped a lot. I hope the company takes this feedback into consideration to improve future customer experiences.

Very disappointed with this title company! The lady who processed the closing, printed out the closing documents & included & provided a copy of my deposit information (my checking account & routing number; along with my social security number and other personal information) to other sellers. Not only did they get my information, but I got their personal information!! Other sellers and I are not family, nor do we have a relationship. Very negligent of the closing agent to do so!! I contacted the company on this matter, spoke to a receptionist (who was very nice and helpful) who passed my concerns on. I was contacted by someone higher up and then was told he'd call me back, but never heard anything else from him! Will be making a complaint elsewhere. Now I have to cancel my whole checking

As real estate agents working closely with title companies, we have found it extremely difficult to find one with exceptional customer service. That said, this is the first time that we have ever closed at National Title. The customer service from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave exceeded any and all expectations.
