I applied for an apartment 11 days ago, and have not heard back, despite contacting them multiple times. If you call the main office, they supposedly will pass a message to the apartment manager, so this is not very helpful. Makes me wonder what the main office does? This lack of response certainly makes it appear as though they are not interested in renting apartments. And if they can't be bothered to respond to new tenants when you would think they would be trying to "win the sale," I wonder how they will respond when a tenant has an issue. Oh, wait, I guess now that I have read other reviews, I know.

Avoid any property managed by NRE Management Corp. I lived at Geneva Apartments in St. Louis and experienced mold, leaking sewage pipes, broken security doors, flooding in common areas, pest issues, and trip hazards—all ignored by management. I was the first tenant in a post-fire unit with no disclosure of the severity of prior damage. Repairs were superficial. Security was nonexistent. The building is under investigation by state and city agencies. Said fire made local news in 2021 and the news segment is available for viewing online. do not rent on the Southwood Avenue location. Ashley Ann is the new manager there and does not respect privacy, lacks communication, and lies. They come into the apartment whenever they want and make messes everywhere and leave it. They have let a technician into my apartment multiple times, even though I explained to them I have anxiety problems, especially with this technician that has been inappropriate in the past, yeah they still let him in. They have also lied about coming into my apartment while I was gone. Ashley likes to sit in the back of the building in her Land Rover and blast music when she is supposed to be working. Any complaints made are not addressed. If they are, it takes a long time. I had to threaten them to get a new fridge after waiting more than enough time. I did no

They are attempting to charge tenants the $120 city inspection fee, but the STL city ordinance clearly states that landlords are NOT allowed to charge people for this fee. This tells me this company has no knowledge of renting and landlord/tenant rights. NOTE!!: If they charged you a fee during the application/lease, demand it back in writing/email, otherwise if they don't give it to you, pursue legal action and go to small claims court.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not rent with this company!! A TOTAL joke at best.. will scam and cheat you out of money for damages that were not done by you (and with documented proof it wasn’t you) even after sending in proof damages were there on MOVE IN day Beth is refusing to issue me my security deposit refund. After weeks of trying to contact her and her always having an excuse of why it was so long. Only time she was any help was leaving a message to call back as she had questions, called and emailed for weeks to answer those questions but she had made her decision already. After only speaking with my former property manager and never once speaking to me (other than her excuse of looking into it) NO HELP AT ALL please please find somewhere else!!!
