We would like to share our home buying experience with all those looking to purchase a first home or second home. Marty DeJoseph is the best in the world in our view. Marty was very comfortable to work with easy to talk to on every question or detail he explained throughly. He is now a close friend to us who we appreciate very much. When I felt overwhelmed he always welcome my calls and would check in and reassure me. His years as a mortgage broker shines through his professional work. Hardworking, competent, knowledgeable are only a few words to describe Marty DeJoseph; however, they do not express the experience we had working with him as nervous home buyers. Marty was always available to answer our many questions and always took the time to make sure we had a full understanding of every aspect of the loan process. The way he assisted us through the enormous amount of paperwork would have been daunting had it not been for the organization and efficiency he displayed throughout this process. We made an offer on our house shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday with hopes of moving into our new home before the New Year. I have been through the refinance process several times but working with Marty DeJoseph this time was the best experience ever. We ran into a few glitches but Marty was always able to determine the best way to work through them. Marty is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout. I enjoyed his easy-going manner and great sense of humor too. Kudos also to Mary Fitzgerald. There was a major snafu created by my old mortgage holder right at closing. Mary jumped in, got it worked out, and saved the day for me.
