National Flat Fee

I wanted to share my experience with Jack and Sheila of Listing Results. Keep in mind that if you use their service, you need to plan on doing a lot of the leg work yourself. This service is catered towards for sale by owner customers. Meaning you want to sell your home yourself and have to do most of the work yourself. The largest benefit of using their service in my opinion was them listing my property on MLS, reviewing the offers with me, and the viewing scheduling service where agents have to schedule to view your property ahead of time. I was still living in my home when it went on the market so this service was essential. You cannot expect Jack and Sheila to do the same amount of work as if you hired a real estate agent who gets paid on average 3% of the sale price of your home. Th

Update: More than 1 year later, I just can't seem to forget this awesome service. After some research, I decided to sign up with Jack and Sheila with Listing Results as my real estate seller agent. It was a good decision because my home sold in 14 days, and closed in 30 days. All the information and educational videos and documentation I needed as a home seller was made available online by Listing Results, LLC. Overall, I saved about 3% in closing costs and learned a lot since I had no previous experience as a home seller.

I don't like Starred reviews, Google and all review platforms should remove the stars and force consumers to read the comments. I don't know why some people gave these guys a bad review, I am not here to judge, but I have my assumptions that may be these consumers were expecting too much from ListingResults. When you sell your own home, without an agent, you are basically your own agent. Listing Results isn't going to be your agent. So you can't expect them to do what a agent is supposed to do. Their job isn't to sell your home, it's to post it for you on MLS etc, for a heck of a lot cheaper than an agent and if an offer comes in, discuss that offer with you. Period. I called Listing Results and spoke to Jack who was a total jackass with zero customer service. I started asking questions about his different flat fee packages and apparently he doesn't have time for this and he basically hung up on me. How rude. I was told by someone else who used them that they don't respond quickly and lost a sale because they took days to respond to an offer. There are so many other reputable flat fee brokers out there who actually know their business and how to treat potential clients. Do not hire Jack Mclemore. What a jerk!

DO NOT use these people!!!! Jack is a TOTAL ass!!! He told me, when I ask for some suggestions on why my house wasn’t selling, that my house was priced to high. When I told him that he suggested the price when we first listed he flat out lied and said that he doesn’t give price suggestions. He also told me that he “isn’t in this business to make friends” and didn’t need to sugar coat or be nice about anything when talking to me. Every time my husband and I contacted them for anything they had NO idea who we were or what package we had purchased (which was the top package they offered). We had to end up terminating our contract, and losing almost $1000, with them after our home had been on the market for almost 50 days with not even one offer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COUPLE!
