National Appraisal

So my appraisal was done 4/9 or 4/10/24. I’ve been without my car since 4/4/24. Today is 4/20/24 and my insurance still has not received the appraisal. I called and spoke with the an agent to explain a situation that was the shops fault. They lady was just rude. She kept cutting me off when I was not finish. All I wanted to know was one question that she finally answered after I told her that she’s being rude and not letting me finished. I couldn’t believe her customer service. Then to come on here and see how the owner responds to the reviews is very petty and unprofessional. Any insurance that uses they service I would not use. I hope they change how they speak with people. I know is hard sometimes you deal with unruly people and they attitude but I was neither. I deal with unruly people

It has been 2 months trying to get my car repaired and horrible service from them. Currently I’ve been waiting 8 days on a supplement request from the shop. Though I’ve reached out to them via voicemail, email and phone, I never get a call back. Their initial appraisal on the damage to my car was more than $3000 short from what was needed. (They evidently opted for repairing certain pieces instead of replacing to cut corners. ) They are inefficient and unresponsive and I’ve never been so disappointed in the progress of a claim. No insurance company should use them for any major or critical repair assessment. I went to two repair shops both of which were extremely hesitant to do work after being informed of what appraisal company was assigned. They didn't go into great detail so I'm not sure what happened but Ive never experienced that. I looked over the reviews after that and I got in contact with other people who had experience with this company and I still wasn't provided with any positive feed back unfortunately. I did have a decent insurance assistant who stepped in to find an adjuster who the shops were happy to move forward with. My personal experience over the phone with anyone I spoke to in this office, they were extremely rude not knowing me or my situation. Very pleased with the excellent customer service at National Appraisal Service. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in addition to notifying me of what to expect with my claim. The appraiser was extremely kind and knowledgeable which was helpful in dealing with my unfortunate accident.

Complete lack of professionalism, which is further evident by getting Google to remove my reviews. Slow as molasses to reply to the insurance company they were hired by. Inaccessible by phone and email even though they were obligated to negotiate with my own appraiser. Didn’t even physically go see my vehicle to appraise it, which is clear given they completely missed the mark on the options and transmission the car had. Originally valued my vehicle over $3k LOWER than the insurance company’s already hysterically low offer. Then, after nearly a month, suddenly decided the vehicle was actually worth over 2x their original appraisal with no explanation — we’re talking an increase in value of over $10k. There’s a reason this company has 1.6 stars despite removing my reviews...
