Called “Jan” and was excited about a listing they had and when called and showed interest TRULY was most unprofessional 1 minute exchange I’ve ever had. Called and when Jan answered acted like I was a telemarketer / was just placed from bro island back to earth. Wild work & best of luck 🙏🏽

I currently rent from Nastri for over 3 years now and have nothing but stellar customer service from everyone in the office. I do highly recommend using them if you’re looking for a rental. Also to the lady that answers the phone has been nothing, but phenomenal to the company. We appreciate you and everyone in that office

I gave 30 day notice over the phone and then was asked a week before moving out to put the notice in writing. I do so and they used it against me to say that I only have a weeks notice. The secretary in the office is the worst. I paid my rent every month for over 3 years and never had a maintenance request other than my A/C dying (I waited 3 months for another used one to be installed) as well as 5 days without heat (while trying to pack and move. I paid an extra 100.00 in heat my last month. (It's illegal to leave someone without heat when it was 11°) I did like the apartment but management is unfair to say the least. Cost me 950.00

I've been with Nastri Real estate for 6 years now. Management has always been great with any problems or Maintenance. I highly recommend their Apartments.
