Do Not Move Here During my two years living at this property, I experienced serious health and safety issues. The unit had roaches, mold, and sewage contamination, making it unlivable. Required pest control services were not provided until I involved City Code Enforcement, and meaningful remediation only began after more than a month. The property did not offer any accommodations during this time. Management repeatedly dismissed my concerns and suggested I rely on outside resources like 211 or obtain renters insurance to protect myself. Communication was consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give the staff and complex 0 stars, I would. I will not be renewing my lease when it ends in August.

Do not move here the leasing office manager is very rude. These units have mold and are roach infested. They may be low income but the crime is terrible. Also your health will be at risk my dad caught COPD from the mold in his unit. And if they delete the post I will repost. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY ARE POLICE ENFORCED. not to mention they claimed that my dad had someone occupying the unit and smoke was seeping through the unit. My dad does not smoke in his units. BUT THE LADY WHO WORKS RIGHT AT THE FRONT DESK HER SON LITERALLY SMOKES IN THE UNIT. And they just moved in. Mind you everybody in Nassau bay has unauthorized people in there units they think everybody needs the system and can’t go around it.

I was thinking about moving to this location but after speaking to the leasing agent and her condescending attitude I will have to decline. Additionally, I wouldn’t want to live in a roach infested, crime ridden property.

I've been here for a relatively short time. But I must definitely say that the office staff (Tabrisha and Marlina) are very professional and communicative. The Maintenace staff (Edwin and Jesus) are always on time. Not to mention they do an excellent job with repairs. It's not luck. I believe it's the Nassau Bay standard.

I’ve been living here for over 10 years and my experience has been pretty good overall. I don’t have many complaints. I want to say that Greg in maintenance is amazing. He always fixes my maintenance requests in a timely manner the first time and cleans up after himself. I greatly appreciate him for that. I give him a thumbs up!
