Heard great things about this community so my husband and I went to check it out. Really nice sales center with cool fish tank! The amenities are amazing and the model homes were gorgeous.
Super clean, gorgeous landscaping. However the rules for guests are a bit over the top.
1st class all the way, clean, safe and quiet.
It's amazing how just a few years ago it seemed like such a great place to buy a new construction home. Now you can't touch anything under 1.3 million. It also seems like the common area is a less than Well maintained as one would expect in such a new development.
A hidden gem of Naples! Gorgeous pool, great amenities. Latitudes Cafe has a nice menu for lunch or dinner. Dog parks, playground, even a deserted island! A very well thought-out development for both retirees and families.
