I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Napier Realtors ERA in the Richmond, Virginia area, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others. My primary complaint stems from the feeling that my agent, Fran, did not have my best interests at heart. It quickly became apparent that closing the deal was her priority, not representing me, the client. In fact, it often felt like she was actively working against me and more in favor of the seller.
