Nantucket Apartments

The staff are very helpful, the apartments are so quiet you can’t hear your neighbors. The grounds are always well kept and attended to. Management does a great job taking care of the complex and it’s tenants.

We are very happy with the management and maintenance. Always very helpful and accommodating. We have lived here for 6 years, and don't plan on leaving. Facilities(clubhouse/fitness center) are always clean and up to date.

Live here for a year and a half, great apartment. Managers were nice and not greedy, only a minimal rent increase and I got all of my security deposit back minus the cleaning fee. Overall a very good and problem-free experience.

We lived at Nantucket for almost 6 years and left only because we moved out of state. The apartment was spacious and quiet and the grounds are very nice. The kitchen is big which was excellent since we cook and bake a lot. Everything was in good repair and when we had issues they were quickly taken care of. The management is friendly and responsive. Other big pluses were the in unit washer and dryer, central air, extensive storage/closet space, and underground parking. The pool isn't very big, but is nice for cooling down on hot days. If you're looking for a great place to live, you've found one. We also had a unit with a loft, which was great for our cats to keep an eye on things from above.

Better be perfect and make $90,000 to secure a unit at this place. The property manager boasted about how nice of a place it was and basically proclaimed they were to good for me. Watch out, they’ll also put you on for a lease and then snag it right out from under you even if you have bad credit and offer to pay 8 months rent in advance.
