We rented a property from holiday real estate and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival, the unit had significant damage, including broken mirror, blinds, and screens. The smoke detectors were in the fridge when we arrived and when we took them out they immediately went off even though no one was cooking. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture, we had to put down blankets just to feel comfortable using it. There was a bed skirt in the shower. Dirty dishes and trash left behind. They obviously have low standards about the units they rent and do not check on the units. Very unhappy about this rental. Should only be rented by college kids looking to party.

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately Google does not allow a 0 star review. Do not rent from this real estate agency, I cannot stress that enough, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will try and tow your car at any chance they get, the general manager is extremely unprofessional, and obviously does not care about his tenants. This is the most unprofessional, uncaring real estate agency I have ever rented from and I have rented from a lot of different agencies. The only people I respect in this agency are the nice women that work the front desk and a guy named Calvin, those people actually seem to care about those who walk in through their doors, the General Manager however, he sees you as nothing more than walking paychecks and he will treat you as a lesser of a human being for it.
