I and my customer were able to view one of their custom builds in Pinellas Park Fla. one of their staff who were not real estate agent but worked for Mamaste(cathy) came out to unlock the doors for my buyers very nice lady.

Fantastic builder! I recently purchased one of their new 'Affordable Housing' townhomes. The low price was incredible, but I am even more impressed by the upgrades that they included which one simply can't find in homes anywhere near this price range of a home. Luxury appliances, extremely expensive flooring (at no extra cost to me), upgraded ceiling fans, tons of can light fixtures (way more than normal), tankless hot water heater, great landscaping and much, much more. Perfect colors and excellent design.

Retired Army, architect degree, lived in many new builds... can honestly say this is the worst company I have dealt with and the worst built building I have seen. I walked away from the closing table but came back with the promise from their mgr that, "the builder stands behind his work." That has not been my experience; still waiting on repairs. Would love to be able to update my review with positivity but nothing from Namaste gives me any confidence they will complete the work without a court order.

Fear of a HOA being able to snatch your home for an arbitrary reason has unfortunately made this a hard pass regardless of the price and possible benefits of homeownership.

Excellent team, better initiative
