I’ve done dozens of retail and industrial transactions over the years and this time I decided to try someone new out. Chad helped me close on a retail location and I think he’s my new favorite commercial realtor. His approach is one that I thought was long gone, a classic approach where he’s your partner trying to help you through the process and ease the burden of a complex transaction. I’ll definitely be working with him on the next one, and I think anyone considering a new realtor should give him a try.
