NAI Elliot manages the property at 4511 SE Hawthorne. They pushed all the businesses out in hopes of talking the owners into demolishing the building and putting in a mixed use apartment building. The owner told them they didn't want to do that (this from the NAI Elliot worker who came with the fire department to check on the building after someone broke in.) Sometime between 3/26 and 3/27 they building was covered in graffiti. This city notified management on 3/30. It's now 4/14 and the building is still covered in graffiti with curse words and racial slurs. They refused to work with the old businesses in the building on lease negotiations (who tried to stay in the lease - this from my dentist who was in the building and is now relocated to Clackamas) which forced 2 of the businesses to

I had the absolute best experience with broker Emmy Johnston of NAI Elliott. I was reccomended to her for her expertise in retail leasing as I was looking to relocate my business. Emmy was on top of every detail, professional, always responded quickly, and was incredibly nice. She went above and beyond to not only help me find the new location, but negotiations and signing. There were many times I would’ve been lost in the process if she wasn’t there, but she was patient and helped every step of the way and made it so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly outstanding at what she does!
