Patrick Palmer has proved to be100% useless!! He has not fulfilled his end of the contract my husband signed with him and over half of the information that he has advertised for said property is inaccurate but he has not corrected it even after being made aware of the mistakes in the advertising. He told us, through our attorney, that he would have drone footage and a For Sale sign up and ready in October. He's done neither and its March. What a disappointment it has been dealing with (the lack) him and his broken promises. We have already committed to a realtor to replace him as soon as we get out of NAI's (Patrick Palmer) contract. We have never met this man nor spoke with him on the phone. We went with him solely on the advice of our attorney. He's done absolutely nothing to he
Our experience with NAI Columbia has been nothing but positive. The brokers and research/ marketing teams are easy to work with, responsive, insightful. They are familiar with the entire market to include changing market incentives, etc. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend. 5 stars.
