Very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the Naftali group. Josie--the customer relations manager--was thorough and receptive in every exchange with me. This company not only values its customers, but also anyone they cross paths with in the business process.

My family attempted to purchase a home at the Naftali Group East 77th St and 2nd Ave development. Over the last two years, I have called Naftali HQ 25 times and successfully connected with the architect, HillWest Architect Frank D'Angelo, and Danielle Naftali. The architects told me I should be fine contacting Naftali to purchase a unit, but that did not happen for us. We currently reside in an apartment directly in front of the development under construction, but Naftali refused to sell us a unit no matter how hard we tried. I had to report Naftali Group to the authorities and housing justice organizations. We want to keep living on our street, but Naftali does not want us to. Trying to buy a home from Naftali made me feel like I deserved to be segregated and live apart from the people

I have no words to describe this amazing and unique company. The work that they preform is nothing but excellent. Nothing compares to the service you receive at a Naftali building. I can honestly say I have one of the most responsive, helpful and kind supers - he makes himself available whenever I have an issue and always comes up with a solution. All of the doormen make you feel so welcome and safe when you walk into the building. I strongly recommend living or checking out any of the Naftali buildings - they're built and managed by some the smartest and genuine people.
