This place has put my girlfriend through absolute hell the last 8 months. Inattentive staff, and overall unprofessional. They’ll tell you they care and write it, but when it hits the fan, they seriously could give less about you and or your needs. Complained multiple time about the upstairs neighbors and their unrelenting banging, jumping, kids running and slamming items on the floor. Was told “nothing we can do, they don’t speak English”… 🤷🏻‍♂️ But really, save your money and find a weekly rate hotel over this place. Pool is always closed because of glass in the water. When I just moved into this apartment, they had a promotion going on which was 2 months free and I paid for the first month knowing the next two months were going to be free. Lived there for the first month which I paid for and the second month actually free but the third month, I thought It was free too so I didn’t bother checking the portal until I received a note on my door saying I owed $1650 and my rent is $1275. I was confused and started calling the office but no one ever answers but even when they answer, it’s the front desk and the manager Sara is not always on seat so they will say the manager will call me back or I can send an email to the manager. Apt 181 worst neighbor. Has TWO DOGS lets them pee by my door and poop any WHERE. What I mean by that is them just opening the door for the dogs and letting them run out to do their business while they wait at door! I complained multiple times! And nothing!! Disgusting!

I am relocating to AZ from TX for work. As you can imagine, the level of stress is A LOT! This property was the first and only one I have looked at and toured while being in AZ for a few days. The day we came to look at the property, we did not have an appointment. Karla was the only person on the property that day and she dropped what she was doing to take me around and look at 3 different units. She was a complete doll and beyond helpful! This is such a beautiful place and after touring and experiencing the environment from the office, to the pool, to the gym and the apartment it has been a great and welcoming feeling. Iris in the front office is amazing! She is extremely helpful, professional and considerate. She communicated with me from beginning to end during my application process. I have been searching around the city for a couple of weeks now for the perfect apartment and it has been exhausting but Iris was one of many who took the time and considered everything to help me move into my dream apartment here at Nacona Glendale. If you are searching for the right apartment I would suggest this place because it is clean, safe, and organized. It is hard to find apartment management and staff that will respect and support
