For the past three years under Mytown Communities living in Estero Preserve has been a waste of time and money. It’s been brought to their attention numerous times over the years for the same three properties that refuse to comply with appearance regulations. Some of these violations have been: Two different color paints on a house, giant oil stains in the driveway, overgrown palm trees, weeds in flowerbeds, dead bushes, dog feces in plastic bags sitting in the front yard, waiting until the grass is 2 feet tall before cutting, etc. etc. They even did an on site inspection of these properties, and yet nothings changed.
