myStreet Community Management

As a thirty-year resident in my current condo and an active participant of HOA matters over that time, I have been exposed to the workings of over five different managing companies. I was the inaugural president of our HOA in 1997 and I am the outgoing president as of November 2025. I was involved in the solicitation, negotiation and selection of myStreet as our community manager and could not be happier with the results. The level of professionlism, transparency and level of detail is top notch and I would recommend any HOA looking for a property manager to give myStreet an opportunity to earn your business.

Dear Team, I would like to thank Roger Shaffer for ensuring that ice removal materials were placed in buckets near the steps. I would also like to thank Lauren, our Property Manager, and Roger the Links team for promptly notifying the Nuvoro Landscaping Team so they could clear all sidewalks. Lauren Wray, who works at the Masters Row community, is awesome. If you have a problem or even just a question, she responds quickly. The previous person in this position sometimes took a week to get back to residents, but Lauren usually responds the same day—often within the same hour. We had a horrible winter this year, and Lauren even went out of her way to come help chip ice while she had her foot in a cast. That level of dedication really says a lot about her character and commitment. She is always respectful and treats the tenants here with the highest regard. Because I travel a lot, I’m not always around, but Lauren is very accommodating with my crazy schedule when it comes to following up on issues. I cannot say enough good things about Roger Shafer at Masters Row. As someone who travels frequently, I rely heavily on management to keep things running, and Roger never disappoints. Roger’s responsiveness is unmatched—he has returned my calls during his lunch hour, at dinner, and well after business hours. He’s incredibly hands-on; he once helped me troubleshoot a persistent alarm that turned out to be a low battery in an under-sink sensor! This past winter was brutal, but Roger stepped up to handle everything from ice management to helping with the trash when the trucks couldn't get through. Stay far away from this property management company or a community that this management company manages. They manage Coalfield Station built by Stanley Martin. Lacks accountability, transparency or professionalism. Responses are either delayed or not existent. Will inaccurately send violation letters without doing research or investigating and wastes time, our HOA money, resources and causing unnecessary stress on home owners due to lack of follow up.
