Mysa Apartments

I’ve been living at Mysa going on 4 years and it’s been a great community to be apart of. Any and all concerns are promptly responded to. A lot of this is a big thanks to Wyatt as in my years he has maintained a consistency of well being for the tenants and has kept our community clean, the best he can from lingering canpsites to a simple cigarette butt. He definitely has made the experience of living in this community feel like a big family. Thank you Mysa and most importantly Wyatt for giving us a home. 🥰🥰

I've been living here since February and I love it so far. There have been a lot of improvements and the maintenance and management do care about the residents and the residence safety. They thrive to keep a clean environment so that all residents can feel at home. They also have a nice gym and a common room that you can go in and enjoy television shows. Feels like I am home.

We have lived in Mysa for 6 years and are really happy to meet the new apartment management team. They are more responsible than the previous team. The hygiene of the apartment has been significantly improved. Our family loves it here!

I lived here for 11 months, and honestly, I don’t understand why the rating is so low. I’d like to share as many facts as possible so others aren’t misled. The environment is excellent, the building is surrounded by other apartment complexes, which adds to the sense of community and safety. The amenities are beyond expectations, two gyms and a heated swimming pool, great privacy and reliable services, maintenance men are responsible, office folks are nice. If you’re lucky to get a higher floor like 10th or higher, the view is also awesome. The floors are high, interiors are modern and well-maintained. Not that fancy but decent. A few minor issues from top of my head, the fob key sometimes doesn’t work properly and you have to use a pin instead, office not working on Monday, several hund

My partner and I have lived here for the past 1.5 year. Here are some of my thoughts on the pros and cons of this place. pros: - Large unit with generous amount of squre footage and in like-new condition. - Stunning view from the unit at higher floor. - Agents are reachable. cons: - Surroundings can be a bit unsettling and appear somewhat sketchy as it is in Lake City area. But the property's security has been satisfactory during my stay. - Thin layer between floors. We got some "complaint" from our downstairs neighbors at the start of our tenancy. This was despite us adhering to normal noise levels during non-quiet hours. As a result, we've had to be more cautious about our movements within the unit. - Make sure the communication with the agents is documented in writing (e.g. via email
