Myrtle Trace 55 Plus

This is a 55+ community in the Myrtle Beach area. It is well established with mature trees. It has a pool and a clubhouse. I have sold homes in this neighborhood.

I was about to buy in mrytle trace and discovered they would only allow cats outside on leashes. The agent I was talking to laughed about how they served his mother with 3 notices for her cat laying on the driveway in the sun and then sent a dog catcher out after the cat to take it to the pound. He seemed to think it funny. I was about to make an offer on Candlewood but forget that. I advise no one with cats look here! And they advertise pets are allowed by owners but do not say cats must be on a leash! Unbelievable! I wasted so much time looking at this neighborhood!

Website is very sparse and other than the address found and a picture of signage that's it. Designed to lead you to call however they need to button up marketing to have visitors not only explore the site. Provide something relevant as to why one would want to live there ither than I can walk, shop and go to parks. Not unique

Lovely community except for ridiculous cat rule - in my 10 plus years here, dogs have been more of a problem than a few sweet cats!

attractive place but HOA tolerates illegal fireworks
