The title company that handled the transaction for the buyer was awful, however, my team worked with me, helped me correct the title company's errors, kept me completely informed and thus, my side of the transaction was completed quickly and smoothly. Incredibly good teamwork on customer service and communication by the four people that I worked with at My Title Guy Florida: Michael, John, Jason and Joanna. The My Title Guy Florida team did outstanding work for a very fair and reasonable price. If you need a legal team on a real estate transaction, I recommend My Title Guy Florida without reservation.
