My Area is easy to work with. They work fast, their team knows which functions they have to take care of so they don't have you back and forth. Their finance reports are always clear and they keep me updated about repairs and prices. I never had a manager be attentive to my needs like Glenn is, his team is always on top of my interest and respond very fast on what they know is urgent for all of us so our properties are well managed and no delayed attention on important matters

Audrey is one of the most unprofessional individuals that l have never dealt with in property management in industry. I’ve have Four different HOA‘s with my properties and I’ve never seen somebody so irresponsible as Audrey from Eden property management. This management group has abruptly switched and does not send any correlations for who/where will the association dues will be submitted too.
