I was living at MV for three years and had a great experience overall. The maintenance platform is easy to use and issues get resolved quickly, tenants are friendly, and while management can be slow, they’ve generally been responsive. I had an especially good experience with Joslyn, whose open door policy made her approachable and easy to talk to. She’s warm, kind, and calm. Really appreciate all the help she provided!!

I tried going about things the professional way talking to management but that didn’t work out so I guess I am here now unfortunately writing this review. I been living here for about 6 months now . I been having problems with my apartment since the very first week of the lease signing. Water floods , electrical issues etc , while dealing with these issues I also have to deal with attitude from the manger and maintenance workers. Save yourself some time , money and peace and choose another building to live . . .

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I can say it has improved for the better! The previous manager did a good job and maintenance is always immediately responsive. In recent months a new manager was hired, Joslyn is awesome! Her office door is always open and she’s extremely friendly. I had a slight issue with parking but after bringing these concerns to the manager we were able to resolve them quickly! So happy to be apart of the building! FYI you can expect, great service, an amazing new gym and some cool resident activities for the building! Love it here

I applied for an apartment at MV by CLG in 2024 and was denied due to insufficient income. Despite this, my $515 security deposit was never refunded, even after more than a year. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls with no response or resolution. At this stage, I’ve been forced to involve an attorney to recover my money. Extremely disappointing experience and a serious lack of professionalism in handling tenants’ funds.

Joselyn and Bronte are incredible! Ive been tirelessly looking for a new place for weeks now. The application process was super simple and the staff is amazing! The amenities are in great condition and the view of the city from the rooftop was a great selling point Thank you!!! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking in the Culver City area
