MV Apartments

lived here for a year, it’s pretty nice. everything feels new, modern, and high quality. quiet safe location. friendly staff, especially JC and Bridget. no apartment is perfect but nothing about living here has been so bad that i feel the need to remove a star. it can be a little difficult to host many guests because their only parking options are the limited garage and street parking. the layout of the main hangout room is pretty weird and not intuitive for gatherings but there are other areas on the upper floors that are better. the hot tub outside is great. people complain about the parking garage but it sounds like new management is actively working on fixing it. water pressure in the bathrooms is a bit weak but then again i never asked them to increase it - maybe they would have accom

Please don't come to this place!!!!!!!! There are no normal parking spots, and after waiting for more than a month since the start of my lease, they assigned my SUV to a stacker. Today, my car's frame got scratched by the side of the stacker, which didn't surprise me at all. During the first month, I had no choice but to park in the guest parking spots. I was even towed once because I couldn’t find any available spots after coming back late and chose to park in the area outside the garage entrance. I had parked there twice before without issue, but that day, when I came out the next morning, my car had disappeared! I later found out it had been towed by the towing company partnered with the apartment complex. They refused to cover the towing expenses and blamed me for parking in the wrong

My family and I love living here! From the moment we toured, we knew MV would be our next home. They have beautiful amenities, spacious apartments, and the management team was outstanding. Johnny and his team took care of us from start to finish, and they continuously do things to keep their residents happy(like free dinner once in a while!)

I moved out of the partment around 1 month ago and while I was waiting to get my $500 deposit check I got an email that I should pay additional $192! I left the apartment in a very clean condition with no damage to the apartment. I have taken photos when I moved-in and moved out as well as saved screenshot of the move-in form.

I love living here and the office staff was very informative and helpful when I inquired about living here.They made my move very easy and they were able to help get all my utilities set up through online.All the amenities are very modern and beautiful, I can’t wait to start using them!!! Johnny ( The manager) and his leasing team are doing a great job and you can tell they care about the current residents and the many new ones to come.
