Soul crushing experience. Our family has been saving to purchase a home for years. We were building a home we could live in for years. Long story short the home didn’t appraise for anything close to the sales price. David Weekley has been nothing but a bully. Their stance is pay the difference or lose your deposit. We are not rich, we don’t have extra hidden funds. This money was designated for our families home and they have told us to pound sand that they are keeping our $60,000.
