Muse Bowling Green

I just moved in here very recently, coming from really far away, and I was honestly dreading the homesickness. But the Muse team has been amazing. Everyone, from the office to maintenance, knew this was a big change for me and went out of their way to help me settle in smoothly. They checked on me, and made me feel cared for. I never felt out of place here. The apartment is cozy and warm (especially during this ongoing freezing winter storm!), the location is perfect, and everything just feels right. I'm so thankful for the support, it's made all the difference. I love it here and plan to stay a long time. Thank you, Muse BG team! You're the best

UPDATE: I want to update my original review now that this situation has been fully resolved. Initially, my experience with the Muse was very frustrating due to consistent misinformation about short-term lease fees. Over multiple tours, phone calls, emails, and conversations with staff and the AI chatbot, both my friend and I were repeatedly told that the short-term lease premium was a one-time $200 fee, when it was actually a monthly charge. This misinformation directly impacted our leasing decision. Before leaving my review, I raised this concern with management and asked that the one-time fee be honored based on what we had been consistently told. Josh and Keith are absolutely awesome! They’re the maintenance team here at The Muse BG, and they go above and beyond every single time. Not only are they super helpful with apartment related issues, but they even took the time to help me out with my off-road electric scooter. Something outside their usual responsibilities. That just shows how genuinely kind and willing they are to lend a hand whenever they can. On top of that, they always have a positive attitude and make sure everything goes smoothly. After just moving in I'm happy to say, this beats the last apartment I was at, I love how cool it is inside that it beats the heat outside, and we get a free wifi where I don't need to bring my own router?! Amazing! For the price of what we have to pay for the bedrooms and bathroom/kitchen/living room is so worth it! I'll be updating once everything is unpacked for me and my roomy ❤️. we get racks in the bathroom to hang up our clothes, and shoes, if we need help having the original mattress removed just gotta contact the office to get that helped. I'm still a bit confused as to when the valet trash will be charged and started but I think it'll be a brilliant way to help those even with a disability like me who have a hard time going up and down the stairs with heavy items.
