I had to take a moment to leave a review for Liz at The Muse Midtown. I don’t live at this property, but UPS mistakenly delivered my package there. Liz explain that typically they do not sign for packages. Liz still took the time to help me. She checked multiple areas and was able to locate my package. I truly appreciate her kindness and great customer service, even for someone who isn’t a resident. Thank you, Liz!

I stayed at Muse at Midtown from June to August of 2025 while interning in Dallas, TX, and it was an excellent short-term housing experience. 👍 What I appreciated: Fair short-term rent: Monthly rent was reasonable given the Midtown location and amenities. A good option for interns or temporary stays. Secure building: Access to elevators and other areas requires a passcode, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Package-friendly: There are designated areas for package deliveries, making online shopping easy and secure. Quiet atmosphere: The building was peaceful both during the day and at night, which helped with rest and focus. Responsive leasing office: The leasing staff was easy to reach and very supportive, whether it was for maintenance requests or general questions.

I have lived here about 2 year now and love the location. It’s a beautiful place to live. Apparently we are under new management and it’s noticeable. I’ve noticed they have painted and upgraded a lot of the common areas. I absolutely love the mezzanine lounge. When I have friends over we love to hang out there and play pool. The ladies up front are great as well.

I’ve lived at Muse at Midtown for over a year, and I wish I could say the roach problem has improved — but it hasn’t. Despite countless “treatments” from pest control, the roaches are still here, showing up in the kitchen, bathroom, and even closets. I’ve reported it repeatedly, and management keeps saying they’re “trying,” but nothing changes. This has been an ongoing issue for more than a year, and even after the city got involved, the problem was only marked as “resolved” because management sent pest control again — not because the infestation was actually fixed. It’s frustrating paying full rent while dealing with constant bugs in what’s supposed to be a modern, luxury apartment. If you’re thinking about moving here, be prepared for recurring roach problems and minimal accountability

Pros: Convenient location. Has underground, gated parking. Cons: 1. Badly designed (flat surface) shower. The water does not gather at the drain. 2. Two main elevators which are slow, breaks frequently, and are often stinky (with animal excrement or vomit). 3. Unfriendly leasing staff. Update: staff has been changed since. They're not unfriendly anymore, in fact, Mr. Andrew is quite friendly. 4. This apartment complex changed the rent billing system (to Bilt), which billed the wrong amount (at the start of this implementation) and resulted in us shorting the rent. They took many days to inform us of our late rent, threatened us with eviction, and charged us (and many others) a hefty late fee. To add insult to the wound, the staff who delivered the "pay or evict" paper notice was rude. 5.
