I am only giving a 1 star because I cant give a 0 star rating. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and threaten their tenants in illegal manners, threatening to evict tenants with no cause, when rent is being paid and the property is being maintained. Orders for maintenance are not followed up on promptly and are dealt with in a highly unprofessional manner. Stay far far away from them!!!!!

horrible rental management company to rent from.... not good with maintenance, jack up the rent 10% 2 years in a row to add $140 to the rent, and charge you for materials and repairs/installation. they do not care about taking care of their residents -- and they definitely go through everything they can try and to charge you with when you do move out. I gave 1 star so that I could post this -- but it's not worth that... worst rental experience ever!!!

Cockroaches, Terrible place to live. My girlfriend and I moved into here assuming it was a nice little place to save money. We got approved for the place, we put our notice to our landlord, moved out and on we went to go sign our lease and get the keys. It was on this day. Not the time we looked, not the time we applied to rent, not even for the whole first hour of the rundown and paper work for they keys that we were told about a cockroach problem. Our landlord literally handed us our keys and as a last point said “now I do have to let you know there has been a cockroach issue in one of the units but ours isn’t affected.” That turned out to be a huge lie. Every single person in our building had cockroach issues. We had to take 3 PTO days off of work to be here for 3 different times for pe

I had an appointment to view an apartment. I confirmed the appointment and no one ever showed up. I waited and even called and text the number of the realtor that I was given and got no response. The management company they put me on hold to try and get in contact with the realtor then came back to ask me if I see the car that the realtor was supposed to be in the car was not there. It was a colossal waste of time.

(Glenwynn manor) PLZ READ YALL B4 YOU WASTE YOUR $ ON APP FEES he places infested because I guess past tenants have been living with roaches, and if you know anything about that, you know that they travel through electric outlets, etc and they won’t tell you this up until you moved in so if you bought new furniture, just prepare to throw them out by the end of your lease. The dryer does not work and when you complain about it, they tell you to call the washing machine company yourself. You think that it is a cheap apartment because the rent is 1180 but don’t forget about the shared sewage/water/trash you pay that you have to pay yourself. Also, if you keep complaining about the infestation pretty much what happens is you have to clear out your cabins every single month And pretty much pac
