Horribly ran community. Expensive. Many repairs are left undone as with the front gate for our so called gated community. Horrible and expensive lawn care. Flooded roads that often causes mold around and inside of homes. Poor commindication with the community. I could go on and on. This once beautiful community has done.Nothing but go downhill since Murex took over.
When it comes to fixing it up and and improvement there on the ball when it comes to security is it different story r Park is in a bad neighborhood gates are closed after 7:00 pm lot of thefts goes on bicycles golf carts and golf cart batteries
Property management for my community in Ormond Beach Fl. A WIP as things are ironed out for resident services.
