Muntage Apartment Homes

If I could give a -10 I would. Horrible communication and obviously not good maintenance. My daughter has been approved since October today is February 1st she still is not in her apartment. First it was because they couldn't get anyone to put in new carpet. That issue went on until January. Supposedly that issue is resolved. Now it's because they are having water issues. Like really? How can you do this to people? If she didn't have us here she would've literally been homeless for 4 months now!

SlAB LEAK !!!!! THIS SLAB LEAK HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE VESTA TOOK OVER THIS PROPERTY A YEAR AGO AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED !! This slab leake is very dangerous to us residents and our guests around. I have taken this issue to the office myself multiple time called corporate VESTA office in TUsla left multiple voice messages for a Manager or somebody higher up to return my phone call and nobody will return any calls and other residents that I know of have been. Calling corporate to get a response to handle our issues and nobody will do their job and return resident phone calls!!!! I do have two kiddos that reside with me here and what happens if my kids fall or if I fall or somebody else falls ! I have said that to the office and I haven not got a response . PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY QUICK LAST MINUTE DECISIONS. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE. IF I CAN HELP/SAVE ONE SOUL I WOULD GLADLY SOOTHE MY HEART. If you haven’t took the time to read my first post I thank you and hope it’s a great help. If you haven’t had a chance to read my first post that’s okay, this may reach the eyes whom needs to read and see. As I stated before I personally was never one to read reviews but after the migraine I deal with daily I now take friends and family advice on reading reviews but. We can quickly get into something that you think is a major enjoyment but until you finally get to the destination it’s totally not what you saw online, on ad’s, on social media etc….I’m a barely a year resident at the Muntage Apartment Homes owned by Vesta realty corporation.

Great place to live. Kid and pet friendly. The pool is great. We have made many memories over the past 4 years. Very nice club house with WiFi, an Ice Machine, Big TV, and updated laundry facilities. Management is awesome! Ms. Lori is the best. You literally couldn’t ask for a better property manager. She’s fair and straight forward. Over all AWESOME place to call home.

I lived here one year when veista company took over it horrible. Unprofessional boiler system and they charge you electric when you can’t control your your air or heat yr around and price not worth it not unkept well. They lost my lease they never had a signed lease. They can’t keep stuffing I went through like 3 managers and 4 receptionists in yr my ac was horrible and they don’t provide window unit so I bought my own. They have plumbing issues so the water will be off ever other day and one time in a month my hot water was off two different times for week cause two different water situations and they didn’t make any accommodations I went to family and my gym to shower or took a cold and I the manager said it’s fine cause the cold is on and I can boil it mind you it’s feb at this time.
