Crooks.. Guy comes out to do electrical inspection , I find it odd that he doesn’t give any write up or paperwork, just verbally says these are the issues. Comes back for second inspection it’s a new set of issues that were never addressed in the first.. ok fine.. comes back for a third inspection and now there’s something new… when I say why didn’t you mention this last time you were here, he says I did… of course I have no paperwork to prove otherwise… charges $125 each visit…. I get what’s going on.😉

CROOKS! they quoted $125 for an electrical inspection on a home sale & then charged my credit card $130. I wanted to pay by check but was told they don’t take checks. So I put it on a cc. I called & was screamed at by Jeannie over the phone that I had been told they take cash or certified bank check or credit card - I was not! Now I call them back after the electrical work was completed and I need a certificate issued. I was told that it will be an additional $100 to go back out & (of course they said I was advised of this too). Every other inspection co I called charges $125 total! Unfortunately our agent choose this one because they could go out the same day! I wonder why? No one uses them!!!

A friend of mine just got a new apartment and I was helping him to move in so I called this place for an electrical inspection that his landloard had asked, we set up an appointment at 11am but it was 12 and nobody showed up, so I called to rescheduled it, and yet again they left us stood up, unbelievable do not do business with these unorganized people, if anything tell your landloard that you did your part by calling them but they never showed up.

When I called, the ladies over the phone were very informative and were able to help me with all questions I had. The inspecter was on time to the property. I will use them again!
