Mulberry Station Apartments

My wife and I moved here in 1996 when I went to work at the nearby Federal Building. Wmmmmmi walked to work each day, leaving my car in our two car garage ( no deicung or snow scraping). We could walk a block or so to Riverfront Park and the River (bur we were never flooded). We could walk to City Island, the library restaurants and we were close to the interstate

Can't wait to move out of this shady apartment complex. Do not rent from mulberry station apartments!!! Shady money hungry greedy property. They come in your home unannounced. Came into "fix" my heating unit since my electric bills have been over 500 almost 600 dollars both this month and last month. The man left my appartmemt at 52 degrees yesterday when I got home. I have a 19 month old son. He didn't even fix it. It was blowing cold air out on heat. The property mangers are beyond condensending. I was told she was sorry the temperature being left lower then i expected. Unless you have hundreds of dollars to just throw away do not rent from here. I pay 10 dollars additionally just to pay my rent. Back bill utilities make absolutely no sense. This was not worth the money I paid each mont

This place is awful, 1400$ a month for pretty much a section 8 apartment. Place is nasty and dirty. Do not come here. // for the reply below. The problem was not cleaned up within “minutes” I walked in this morning and they were just now vacuuming and cleaning.

Me and my roommates only lived here for one year. The first month living there my car was towed from the over flow lot, even though the person at the front desk told me that's where I should park. Apparently they kept calling the tow truck company and asking them to tow it. Mind you the company had my number, license plate, make and model of the vehicle. they could have warned me but decided not to. while living there, there were weird things like a news letter that was pointless except for the options in the back to go to church's or applications for the government to get hand outs for rent to pay Mulberry. If you’re planning on moving here I suggest you keep looking. This company does nothing but screw you over from the time you enter to the time you leave. Our first apartment had severe water issues and leaks; some of which were right next to a ceiling fan and electrical wires. These remained unfixed and the maintenance just simply painted over the marks. Our A/C unit leaked water all over our bedroom floor and we were told that it was our fault. Until it happened a second time and someone actually came to re-evaluate the situation and found a blockage in the unit. We also had neighbors that threatened us when we asked them to keep the front door to the entire building shut (not propped open). When we brought all of this to the management’s attention we were basically pushed to the side or
