Mulberry Estates

Manager here is not managing property that great due to people living in front in there car's doesn't do nothing about it selling drugs in smoking drugs in front of property cars been parked here for weeks even months breaking in car not a very good place to live very dirty Apartments people don't care how they live there's trash in almost All the time.👎

The Manager at Mulberry Estates is a great apartment manager. She's very helpful and always responds to me right away. I can tell she's made many improvements to the apartments.

The manager was very helpful. Been there a lot of years she's made many improvements in the time she's been here. Maintenance always fixes any issues I have. Were moving to a house but our last couple years here have been great.

I sent this complex an email requesting a tour. 4 days later and no one ever called me back to set up the appointment. Strike one. I finally made an appointment, after I had to call them. Strike two. I went to the complex at the appointment time and no one was there, the office was locked up and I could hear the phone ringing and no one was there to answer it. Strike three. The management seems to be beyond incompetent, so I would just not try here, if I were you.

Absolutely love the community here. The office and staff bend over backwards to help residents. Kids know running into the office they will be greeted with smiles! Would definitely recommend applying for one of the newly renovated apartments from Mulberry!!!!
