This is our 12th home that we have purchased. We had the opportunity to live in 2 Romanelli & Hughes homes along the way. R&H builds a great home. We had limited design and build experience, having mostly bought pre-existing homes. Working with Mulberry was a breath of fresh air. They shepherded us through the whole process in a very transparent way. The whole process was more of a partnership than anything else. Our sales lead, Jen worked with us to acquire an incredible lot and introduced us to lenders who handled construction loans. Her communication throughout the whole process was amazing; keeping us up-to-date on what had been done and what the outlook was for future work progress. We even had a child in the hospital for an extended stay and the team met us at the hospital to help accommodate our schedule!
