We have been shopping for our next home and business location in Fort Davis and Alpine for about three years. In that time, Michelle has happily and enthusiastically shown us COUNTLESS homes across all counties. We changed our plan 3 or 4 times, and all those times, she adjusted her schedule and met us at our needs, keeping us informed, and it felt like we were her ONLY clients (though we know she has a full schedule!) After one contract required us to get a new agent, because she was the listing agent, we were VERY concerned to have to change to Clay... simply because we had a deep trust with Michelle. Clay was easy to work with and has excellent knowledge of the area. From setting up the initial viewings of the houses to working through the issues with my lender he was excellent. He easily handled the set up of repairs and water testing needed in order for me to secure the VA loan and was able to take the lead on things while I was out of town. If he wasn’t immediately available over the phone or email he was quick to reply with answers to any questions I had.
